Our story
Blue Loon Bakery is owned and operated by New London residents Tricia and Troy Glick. Founded in 2018 by Laurie Schive and Mike Morgan, the Blue Loon has become a beloved gathering place in the community.
Tricia and Troy are honored to carry that tradition forward, continuing to create traditional artisan-style breads, pastries and sandwiches using simple, locally sourced ingredients.

Good to know
What are your hours?
We’re open Wednesday through Sunday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, and the kitchen closes at 1:45 pm. We’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Can I place an order online?
Yes. Order online for pickup and your order will be ready in about 15 minutes. You can also reserve your favorites online by 10 AM for next-day pickup. Questions about an order? Call us at 603-526-2892.
Do you have gluten free baked goods?
Our menu includes a Gluten Light Chocolate Chip cookie. Details on each item and its allergens are listed on our live online menu, and you’re welcome to call us at 603-526-2892 with questions.
Do you take catering orders?
Yes. From breakfast at the lake to office lunches, showers and celebrations, we’ll help put together a menu for your event. See sample pricing and send us a request on our Catering page.
